danamarie hosler
Booth 007danamarie hosler (*might & mightyPigeon) is an autistic illustrator, fiber artist,
muralist, and educator living & working in Baltimore. Her work is based around the
idea that art should be accessible and available to all people, in all forms, decorative,
framed or cuddly.
She centers her practice on communicating the neurodivergent experience through
modalities that are approachable and widely understood. Using visual storytelling,
tactile forms, and playful imagery, she translates feelings, perspectives, and patterns of
thinking that are often difficult to express with words alone.
Her work sits at the intersection of art, education, and advocacy, inviting curiosity and
conversation while challenging exclusivity in creative spaces. She strives to create art
that welcomes people in: pieces to live with, learn from, and share; fostering empathy,
accessibility, and connection across diverse audiences.
